Eye Protection for Solar Eclipse on April 8
The path of the solar eclipse will cross through Lockport on April 8, 2024. While this is an exciting time to observe our natural world and space, it's important to remember optical health. Damage to unprotected eyes is real and can be permanent. We encourage you to visit the New York State Center for School Health's eye safety resource page for detailed information about eye protection so that you can enjoy the eclipse and shield your student's eyes from permanent damage.

Thank you for helping make the start of school a success! As you are aware we have a new arrival and dismissal process. The morning drop-off is sailing along! Continue to follow the directions of staff during morning drop-off to ensure all cars and buses are able to enter and exit quickly. In the afternoon - we need your assistance. Dismissal begins at 3:25 p.m. Walkers will be dismissed from the front door of the building. Plan to meet students who are walking at the front door. All car riders will be brought to the vehicle. Names will be called until all families are uploaded on the pick-up patrol app. Please refrain from parking in the lot during dismissal to help us keep the process running smoothly. The process will get better as we learn this new procedure together. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to give us a call at 716-478-4402.Dr. HarringtonPrincipal
