Wellness Wednesday

  • Wellness Wednesday Cold and Flu Season

It’s that time of year when the common cold and flu virus are out and about. There are some things we can do to help prevent us from getting sick. Wash your hands often with soap and water and hand sanitizer. When you sneeze or cough cover your mouth with the inside of your arm rather than with your hands. Don’t drink from the same cups, eat off the same plate, or share food already eaten by someone else. Dress warmly in the cold weather!
