Staff Wellness Initiatives

- Opening of our Fitness Center at Lockport High School to staff and the surrounding community.
- Distribution and posting of information about influenza, prevention and immunizations.
- Participation in wellness initiatives for organizations such as the American Heart Association (Go Red for Women), American Cancer Society (Relay for Life), American Lung Association (wellness walks, recognition).
- Participation in casual for causes dress down days, which support raising money for local charitable organizations.
- Building level weight management groups (Weight Watchers, Biggest Loser competitions).
- Building level walking clubs.
- Regular scheduled email notification and dissemination of health information to staff.
