If you believe that you qualify for a fee waiver, please make sure this form has been filled out and submitted to the Board of Education office. This form is given out at the beginning of every school year. -
Early Graduation Application
Students interested in graduating half or a whole year early, please fill out this application and return it to your School Counselor.

If you are the parent/legal guardian of a current Lockport High School student and are in need of a letter confirming that the student is enrolled at LHS on a full time basis.
