Drama Club

  • Advisors: P. D’Angelo
The Lockport Drama Club covers a wide range of activities at the high school. Each year, the club organizes a fall play, a spring musical, a one act play festival, and a talent show. There are many opportunities for students to get involved: acting, scenic design and construction, lighting and sound, curtains and rigging, scene painting, and scene management, among various other choices. Outside of productions, there are also workshops for improvisational theatre, stage combat, and script writing, as well as a yearly monologue competition. Past recent productions include How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, The Little Mermaid, and Oliver!. Students with any questions can visit Room #119.
