Advisor: K. Isherwood
The LHS Foreign Exchange Club is designed to promote a cultural exchange between global and U.S. students. The club seeks to further awareness and awaken student’s global consciousness, to increase knowledge of diverse cultures and promote education of the ethnicities, and to empower the school and community to support collaboration between cultures. The club explores diverse cultures through exposure: guest speakers, presentations by our Foreign Exchange students, field trips, volunteering, and fundraising for sympathetic causes. Meetings occur on the first Monday of each month in room 221. In order to join the club, students are required to complete a hypothetical essay. Students with any questions can visit Room #221.
