LYNC (Leadership Youth of Niagara County)
-
Advisor: A. Molinaro
The purpose of LYNC, a program of Leadership Niagara, is to bring high school student leaders together from across the Niagara region for an eight-month program to learn and practice leadership concepts, principles, and values. Interested students apply to the program each spring and are selected based on a written essay and commitment level. Selected students attend an overnight retreat and then participate in ten field trips throughout the year that develop leadership skills. The year ends with a formal graduation and dinner celebration for participants and their families.
