    • Title I A  - Academic Intervention Services (AIS) in ELA and Math, parent and family engagement, neglected youth
    • Title I D - Incarcerated youth program at the Niagara County Jail, support for neglected and delinquent youth
    • Title II A - Class-size reduction at the primary grades, professional development, summer programming for students
    • Title III ELL - Support for the District's students and families who are not native English speakers, professional development for ELL teachers
    • Title IV A - Educational technology, SEL and anti-bullying programming, safe and healthy schools initiatives
