  • Excellence in Music Education Awardee, Mrs. Debbie Hutter

One of our very own music teachers, Mrs. Debbie Hutter, was presented with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra/ NCMEA Award for Excellence in Music Education on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Kleinhans Music Hall.

This recognition honors music educators for their contributions to fostering musical growth in their students and enhancing music programs. Mrs. Hutter was the perfect fit for this award as she has made music across the Lockport City School District for over *30* years and has taught more than *3,000* students about the joy and love of song.

    Congratulations, Mrs. Hutter!
