Budget Vote and School Board Election is Tuesday, May 17, 2022, Noon to 9PM. You must be registered with the Niagara County Board of Elections to vote on the school budget and school board member positions. Registration deadline is May 10, 2022. If you are not sure that you have registered to vote, please visit the Voter Information Portal or call 716-478-4828. Voters who are not registered may register with the Board of Elections by filing an online application with the Department of Motor Vehicles. Each of the three (3) at-large Elected Board of Education Members shall each serve a three (3) year term commencing on or about July 1, 2022. The candidates are: Robin L. Heyn, Geneva Johnson, Sterling Pierce, Jr., Leslie R. Tobin, and Tracy M. Caruso. Memorial Day Recess: No school in session for students and staff Friday, May 27 and Monday, May 30. On Sunday, May 29, you are invited to a Memorial Day Remembrance. The Lockport High School Wind Ensemble performs at 11:00am at Cold Springs Cemetery.

Kindergarten Registration has begun for all children who will be 5 years of age on or before December 1, 2022. Children must be registered in order to attend school in September.

Anna Merritt Elementary School proudly presents "Journey Into Outer Space" on Saturday, June 18 at 1:30PM at Lockport High School. Tickets are $5 and will be available on Wednesday, June 15 from 5PM-6:30PM and Thursday, June 16 from 5-7PM at Lockport High School during dress rehearsals. Tickets will also be available at the door 30 minutes before the show.
