The Lockport City School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jason Zuba as the new Director of Assessment, Technology, and Data Security. He will begin on December 1, 2025.

A proud graduate of Lockport High School and a former technology teacher in the district, Zuba returns home to rejoin the Lockport Lion Family. He brings with him a wealth of experience in educational technology, instructional leadership, and data management.

Jason brings a wealth of experience in educational technology, instructional leadership, and data management. He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Computing and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Educational Leadership from SUNY Buffalo State College.

Throughout his career, Zuba has served as Principal of Technology, Education, and Innovation at Global Concepts Charter School and as a Coordinator of Instructional Technology and Professional Development in multiple districts. His leadership experience includes supervising IT departments, delivering professional development, managing district websites, coordinating data privacy initiatives, and serving as a “Project Lead The Way Master Teacher.”
