It is with great sadness that I share the passing of Mr. Christopher Niver, a beloved Physical Education teacher at George Southard Elementary School. Mr. Niver dedicated 33 years of service to the Lockport City School District, touching the lives of countless students, families, and colleagues throughout his long and impactful career.

Christopher was deeply respected, well-loved, and brought joy, energy, and positivity to his work each day. His commitment to our students and his influence on our school community will be felt for many years to come. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
