Dear Lockport Community Members,

We want to bring to your attention an important correction regarding the print version of our 2025 Budget Newsletter. Proposition 3, a resolution to establish a Capital Improvement Reserve Fund in the amount of $10,000,000, was mistakenly omitted from the printed version. We are including the corrected page with this letter for your reference.

To clarify, Proposition 3 will have no impact on your taxes. It is a proactive step that allows the district to set aside funds for future capital improvements as needed.

Polls are open on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You can vote at the following places:

• Ward 1, Ward 4, & All Towns:

  Lockport High School – West Gym

  250 Lincoln Avenue (Park by the Fitness Center and use door #7)

• Ward 2 & Ward 5: Board of Education

  Building – Board Room - 130 Beattie Avenue

• Ward 3: North Park Annex –

  Conference Room - 400 Corinthia Street
