At Anna Merritt, students are learning how to flip their negative thoughts into positive ones! Through the power of a growth mindset, they're discovering the tools to tackle challenges and see the brighter side.
To make it stick, they’re using pancakes as a fun reminder—because just like flipping a pancake, flipping your mindset takes practice but leads to something great! 🥞

Mrs. Leuer's class at Charles Upson celebrated Candy Cane Day with a fun science investigation. We experimented with different liquids to explore what happens when a candy cane is placed in them. The students enjoyed making hypotheses in their journals and were excited to see if their predictions were correct. They then documented their findings in their candy cane journal, which made for an engaging and educational experience.
